Warren County, New York is home to the wonderful Adirondack Balloon Festival every September. Each of the balloons in this scene has attended the festival and many of the pilots live in the area. The Civil war monument was recently restored. This painting was selected for the cover of the TransWestern telephone directory for Glens Falls for 2001. |
